When in doubt, think love, kindness, and compassion.
Anytime that you get in a place where you feel fear, anxiety, or doubt, begin looking around for something or someone that you appreciate, that you can be kind and have compassion for, and think of what you love in your life experience…even if it is a tube of lipstick that you love…just shift focus toward the higher positive vibrations.
At first, it may be challenging but the more you are able to let go of the anxiety and doubt, and shift to a better feeling thought, you will be shifting your complete vibration.
Let go of the anxiety, fear, and doubt and remind yourself that you are not alone in this Universe. You have the Universe on your side every single moment and if something doesn’t turn out just as you wanted it to, it doesn’t mean that it is all over; it just means that you are being guided in another direction toward where you want to be.

Good discussion on Alignment as it relates to law of attraction…
As a law of attraction coach I get a lot of questions fellow creators about how to manifest what they want …
They want to know how to manifest money for travel, home, surgery, etc. Or why it’s taking so long to manifest a new love. Or what the trick is to attracting a new job.
Since I don’t specialize in converting muggles, my peeps already know about law of attraction and how it works.
That’s why I respond by asking what their current alignment practice is.
And even from people who already know about vibration and focus and matching the frequency of their desire, the majority of inquirers respond that they don’t have one.
They aren’t actually doing any of the LOA work to create what they want.
So I’m going on record here to say that’s your first step. Engage your creative power by putting to use one or more of the manifesting methods you’ve learned here or anywhere else. Because it isn’t enough to know how the system works – you’ve got to actually work the system.
The magic doesn’t automatically happen just because we know about law of attraction, or have an Abe subscription, or read everything on this blog. It happens when we engage our creative powers.
There’s a lot of different ways you could do that …
- You could use the “set it and forget it” intention setting routine.
- You could use a powerful affirmation or pray rain journal.
- You might eliminate tolerations in favor of what brings you joy.
- Maybe you visualize five minutes every day about your dream come true.
- Or work on getting better at upgrading your thoughts.
- Maybe you act as if it’s already done, or you meditate nightly to better hear guidance.
It doesn’t matter as much what our alignment plan is, as much as that we have one and are working it.
Right now the foundation of my alignment plan is Vishen’s 6 phase meditation. I also add in affirmations and a couple of resistance-releasing techniques as called for. And I do my best to remember that having fun is key to my highest success. That’s my current plan. Over the summer I used lots of 17 second repetitions, and some rich visualizations by giving 3 answers to the 3 questions.
That’s how I’m doing the vibration management work. I know that I lead my manifesting party by working my alignment.
So before you wonder where your stuff is – or write me asking about it – make sure you’re walking the LOA talk in some form or fashion. It doesn’t have to be hard work or a complicated process – but you do need to work your alignment before you expect something different to happen.

Effective manifesting is probably one of the hardest concepts to correctly deploy when practicing law of attraction. In this article the author discusses some of his challenges and how he approaches them…
I’ve got a new manifestation in the works that’s highlighting a couple of tricky spots.
Thought I’d share in case anyone else bumps into these challenges in their own process.
Here’s to the self-awareness that helps us overcome our manifesting hiccups!
1. Caught up in contrast.
My mind has a tendency to review (one might even call it an “obsession with”) what I don’t like about current circumstances. I keep checking off all the things wrong with the present reality, but I know that habit blocks the path to where I want to go.
The work here is to drop that resistance and find Abe’s sweet spot of appreciating what is while looking forward to what’s next. Easier said than done, sometimes, but I’m a pro and if anyone can do it, I can. (That’s my story and I’m sticking to it – you’re welcome to join me in it!)
2. Trying to make it happen in order to feel better.
Instead of doing my alignment work and then letting Universe fill in the gaps, I notice a bias for getting in the game to make it happen myself. More effort is happening than is helpful. That’s my cue to chill out and make room for Universe’s magic.
My job is just to make sure I’m focused in a way that lets the good stuff in. If Universe needs me for anything, it’ll let me know via inspiration to act.
3. Believing in what I want.
Sometimes my gremlins argue I’m asking for too much – that what I want just isn’t possible. But that can only be true if I let those thoughts run rampant – and I’m too smart for that. I know that if I can imagine it, I can have it. So my work is to practice believing in my desire. Abraham’s Amp It Up exercise is great for that.
I also remind myself that “stranger things have happened.” That thought works like a charm in opening up the door of possibility for me.
4. Receiving it.
Calling forth a big manifestation requires big receiving skills. Because if I’m not used to having it this good, my ability to let it in will be tested. That’s a test I want to pass with flying colors.
My work here is to feel worthy of the fabulousness and upgrade my new idea of “normal.” That’s actually a course we’re doing at GVU this month. (You’re invited to join us on the 12th if you’ve had issues with set points or upper limits in your manifesting work.)
My point in sharing these personal hiccups is two-fold: first, it raises my personal awareness and inspires me to do a better job of walking the talk by going public with it.
Second, it serves as an invitation to you to realize that kinks in our manifesting process are not unusual. If you’re not sure what your kinks are, this manifesting diagnostic might help.

The funnel of self leadership allows you to shift your life and the things that you are doing. You create a path that moves you from being accidental to intentional.
There are 6 stages:
1. Awareness: Everything begins with awareness. We cannot shift things if we are not aware. So, the first stage is being self-aware about what you know, don’t know and where you want to go. When we consciously work on self-awareness, we not only become aware of our surroundings but we also start focusing on building our ability.
2. Ability: When you become aware, you now have the ability to start building core skills, knowledge and tactics to elevate the things that you are doing. You have to look for gaps in skillsets and strengths to nurture, cultivate and develop those skills.
3. Application: Next, we have to start taking action and actually make things happen. The action is not taken to get end results directly. It is to get feedback which allows us to take better steps until the final result is achieved. So, without allowing procrastination disguised as perfection to stop us, we need to take action.
4. Accountability: You need to take responsibility for all the actions and outcomes. There is no benefit in pointing figures at others. By taking accountability, you will learn and grow.
5. Acceptance: You must accept the fact that nothing will go as planned. All the great plans and strategies we create never work out in their original form. So, allow yourself to be flexible in the process. Never wallow in pity. Instead accept the facts, make changes based on the information and keep taking action.
6. Assertiveness: The final stage where no matter the obstacles, you need to stay true and committed to your purpose and mission. Never give up and find ways to move around. Take concerted actions and execute until you figure out the core functions of the business.

I’m having a lot of LOA successes with green lights, warm sunny days, close parking spots, pleasant days at work, etc. – everything but money.
The past four months I’ve felt the best I have in my entire life. I’ve been doing manifesting exercises, made peace with where I am, wrote my new money story and read it every day with joy (really getting into it like its a done deal and saying thank you for it).
I’ve been going to sleep feeling good, waking up feeling good, practicing appreciation, practicing seeing abundance, and I know that I can feel good now, before anything manifests, and I’ve been feeling good, finding ways to enjoy myself and have a good time.
I’ve been doing so well, so where’s my stuff?
Abraham says that it can take as little as 30 days for things to begin manifesting, yet nothing seems to be happening in regards to what I really want.
I am antsy and tired of waiting for my desires to manifest. They feel so totally possible for me and I truly believe I can have them. I feel very comfortable with them and worthy of them, and they feel normal to me. I totally see myself living that life. I’ve even completely let it go recently and just focused on feeling good. And nothing, no significant external shifts.
I did some money exercises lately and besides manifesting a penny, a few $1 bills and one $5 bill, I seem to have little success with manifesting money. I tried the exercises on the blog, like manifesting $500 in 10 days and I’ll specify for it to be money coming outside of my work paycheck, and nothing.
It’s already been two years since I radically and genuinely changed my beliefs and attitude about money to a very positive one. I’ve invited it into my experience numerous times. And I do appreciate the money that is coming in. I’ve even placed a $100 bill into my wallet as suggested by Abraham and have been vibrationally spending it on whatever I want. So what’s going on?
I feel like I could get an A+ for how well I’ve been doing, so why is all I’m hearing crickets?
