Have you ever wondered about dreams you have had, ‘signs’ you may have seen in your life or what a psychic has said to you?
This is something I have been asked to talk more about this week so I will share some thoughts in this email and if you’d like more you can follow the link for this week’s Manifesting Excellence call as I will be covering it in more detail there.
There is a lot more information lower down this email as well as questions we will be answering.
When we are looking to manifest on a physical level we are combining the spiritual and the physical.
When we look for ‘signs’, symbols or our dreams or get an intuitive to give answers, we are utilising and tapping into the energy within and around us. It is an extension of the manifesting process.
Both manifesting and intuition are about the physical and the spiritual (energetic).
There are times when I have manifested something and saw an image of it in my mind before I received it. Did I manifest it because of that image or was the image a (intuitive) representation of what I was about to manifest?
In the past on Manifesting Excellence we have talked about how one can tap into their own intuition to get the answers they need and add synergy to the manifesting process.
In my view, the world (Universe) speaks to us. And… it is also reflective of our own energy.
It is about building our relationship and communication within ourselves to recognise the information and messages we get to best utilise them to have more fulfilling lives (as well as grander and faster manifestations!)
Sometimes people get off-course and lose themselves in the process. Here are 3 quick tips to avoid that:
3 Things to Avoid in Using Intuition
1 - Losing Your Sense of Self in Seeing a Psychic or Intuitive
Some people become addicted to the information because it gives them hope rather than using it as an additional channel of information in making (or not making) decisions. It becomes their ‘lifeline’ rather than a supplement to make informed choices, step into their power and manifest and create what will make them happy.
2 – Looking into Everything as a ‘Sign’
Getting confused as to what to do or what signs mean… and at times being paralysed thinking they are going against what they ‘should’ be doing (according to the ‘signs’). This also hampers their manifesting because they send confused and mixed signals.
3 – Thinking there is something wrong with you if they cannot remember your dreams (Someone asked me about this on Manifesting Excellence last week)
Everyone has dreams, it doesn’t mean you will necessarily consciously remember them every morning although there ARE ways of improving your ability to remember them. It does not mean you are not ‘special’ (unlike your friends who say they do, for example) if you cannot always consciously remember yours.
What I recommend is for you to find the power that is within YOURSELF.
Everything you create and attract, including the signs, symbology and intuitives will be a reflection of your own energy.

- “I have been aware of signs and symbols. I see them as metaphysical… Am I wrong or right? Or are they just coincidences?”
- “I saw a sign while driving that said “good fortune” and I won at the casino gambling. Was that sign just a coincidence or a sign from the universe? I see many hearts and the word love everywhere I go. Were those heart signs and love word a sign to love myself and find myself and shift? Are those signs telling me that love is coming in a form of a relationship? Or are they just coincidences?”
- “Are psychics real ? Are they effective with LOA? Do they know what’s coming up? Or are they a scam? I went for a reading and I’m not sure if to believe or not what they said. I know that LOA is all about energy, but what role do psychics play? And what psychics do you recommend that we get readings from to enhance our path with LOA?”
- “What do dreams represent in LOA? I have been dreaming about rainbows and dolphins which are positive symbols. Whereas before I would dream about not so positive symbols … are dreams prophecies or signs of the universe? Are dreams to be interpreted? Do dreams have a connection or correlation with LOA/manifestations. Are they answers to questions?”
- “What is Flow? If a person has thoughts and beliefs about something but not the movement or actions will they not get what they want? Is it self-sabotaging to have the thoughts but not the actions to make something happen?”

The other day someone asked how I’d managed to lose 20 pounds.
She was guessing the number, because all I know is I’ve gone from Beautiful to Cute to Ravishing past Hot on the Yay scale. If anyone knows how much that is, don’t tell me – I like living beyond the numbers!
I gave her the answer she was expecting, although it wasn’t an accurate or helpful one …
I told her what I’d been doing differently.
Conscious creators know how misleading that is – to attribute the change to actions only and not acknowledge the role of the vibrational shift.
The helpful and more accurate response to her question would have been to tell her how I’ve been feeling differently.
Because that’s where our entire reality comes from – our vibration.
It was factual to say that I’d begun drinking a daily detox tea. That was true.
But that’s not what any weight loss was a result of.
This weight loss began with finding the vibration of body love. Making that the norm rather than the exception for how I felt about myself. And then just following inspiration. Which led to Doc of Detox’s daily tea.
If I drank that tea with my old vibration in place, I doubt it would have any effect. Because it’s not actions that matter most – it’s the vibration.
Someone else could do the very same things and get a very different result.
As she found out when she started drinking the same daily detox tea. She got the opposite results, if you can believe it.
Conscious creators wouldn’t be surprised by that because we know everything arises from the vibration. A new vibration may inspire us to new actions, but it is inaccurate to attribute change solely to those actions.
The same action can lead to very different results for people flowing different vibrations.
Which is why this post isn’t about the most amazing detox tea I’ve ever found.
This post is a reminder that the vibration is what matters. Once we tune into the frequency of what we want, we’ll be inspired to take any actions that support that result.
That’s what we’re doing at Body Love Lab right now, but anyone who wants a hand in tuning into a new vibration can find one for a variety of dreams or desires in our Vibration Activation series. (Here’s the weight loss, healthy body, feelin’ sexy and the good news from the doc scripts.)
In the meantime, my next job is to drop my limiting beliefs about what I think muggles can hear and not hear. !!

Conscious creators know the power of our focus. We know that we empower whatever we pay attention to.
And that’s why many of us don’t watch the news or read things we don’t want to co-create.
Sometimes that’s easier said than done, though…
- Like when a loved one is concerned about something and wants us to pay attention with them.
- Or when our community is up in arms about a social injustice that needs to be righted.
- Or when our job calls for us to focus on something we know doesn’t help.
Sometimes it just doesn’t fly to tell the spouse that we don’t want to hear what the doctor said, when they really want someone to share with. Or that we aren’t going to concern ourselves with our teenager’s signs of trouble.
It doesn’t usually go over well to tell the boss that looking for problems only makes them worse, so we’re not going to participate in that particular project.
(Or maybe it does fly – all we have to do is have the guts to say so? Maybe it’s worth changing our minds about what we think would happen if we honored our LOA ways.)
But I’ve talked with fellow creators, and have experienced myself, how it can feel “irresponsible” to just put our heads in the sand about important issues.
Shouldn’t we step in when we see our kids experimenting with something unhealthy? Shouldn’t we be aware of global warming, endangered species and political turmoil? Shouldn’t we do our part to take action and spread the word or whatever seems the socially responsible thing to do?
Yesterday I got a delightful answer from P’taah on this very subject.
Something rather alarming crossed my radar recently – a world event that was both compelling and dramatic. It seemed important to know about, and maybe even spread the word about.
I shared with P’taah that there was a lot of evidence to support the argument that a very real problem was getting worse by the day, and that it didn’t seem very responsible to just ignore it.
P’taah said, on the contrary, it’s irresponsible to pay attention to it, knowing what we know about the power of our focus.
The responsible thing to do is to use our creative power in service of what we want, which means turning attention away from what we don’t.
That’s the responsible thing to do.
I’ve known that on an intellectual basis, and I often succeed in practicing it. But hearing P’taah put it that way liberated me from feeling like I was shirking social duty by closing my eyes to what I don’t like.
Abraham says the same thing, encouraging us to put our heads in the sand and turn deaf ears to anyone who wants us to know what’s going wrong in the world.
Next time I’ll do it with pride and empowerment, not with apology or second guessing my LOA ways.
P’taah added, and I’ve heard Abe say the same thing, that if there’s something on your personal path that you can do that makes you feel better, by all means do that. But paying attention to something you don’t want and can’t do anything about isn’t helpful.
The responsible creator knows too much to entertain unwanted thoughts – no matter how important or real or popular they may seem.
Here’s to doing the responsible thing.

Q&A: When You Really Need It?

Conscious creators are well taught about what a vibe-kinker “need” and attachment are.
Which is why it’s wise to drop the need whenever we realize it’s in play.
This last week a couple readers have asked the same question that goes something like this:
But what about when you really need it?
One example is a woman two weeks away from being homeless. She’s in a constant state of worry, sobs every day about her predicament, and has had no success in her fundraising or money making efforts.
When she hears my advice to drop the need, it falls very flat.
Her specific question is:
When it’s a case of survival, how do you detach from the outcome and keep your vibration up?
Another reader reports that a critical lifestyle change depends on her ex-husband’s cooperation, and that without his agreement nothing happens. (Moving to another state with the children.) So she really truly needs his consent, she writes.
Another reader’s dire situation also involves financial necessity … his company is on the verge of bankruptcy if he doesn’t get an injection of cash asap.
So guys, the question is to you:
