There is thought, and there is Thought Form, and there is Manifestation. Manifestation is always in the eye of the beholder. So this time-space-reality that everyone is perceiving is nothing more than vibrational interpretation.So the Thought Form of that which is man was set forth from Broader Perspective, and has continued to evolve by the experience of those who were having the experience here on the planet. And what you actually see as man or human is vibrational interpretation.
Now, did man come from ape? No, man was a different idea. So how does the idea of evolution occur? And we say: because the idea of each species was set forth, and as the experience of the species is lived, the idea expands. So the expansion is happening from the Leading Edge place and is supported from the Source Energy that flows everywhere the idea goes.

I just returned from a fabulous press trip to Virginia and Washington D.C. I hiked beside the Potomac, visited two inspiring wineries, one of which was owned by former CIA spies and stayed in a brand new art hotel whose first guest (I missed him by a week) was Daniel Radcliffe.
The picture is of yours truly posing with a set of Colette Miller’s street art angel wings. This set, painted on the side of the Embassy Row Hotel in D.C., is a reminder that all of us are angels, capable of spreading light.
This blog post, on the other hand, is a reminder of the angel George Foreman whose tagline “Set it and forget it” is a great principle for practicing the law of attraction.
I like to call it the crockpot principle.
The intentions you put out there are out there in the universe just waiting to come to fruition. You don’t have to stress over how they’re going to happen. In fact, the more you fret and worry and plan how they’re going to happen, the harder it is for the universe to deliver them through all your knotted energy.
This dream trip to D.C., for example, was the “cooked” version of a comment I made to my daughter, Taz, this summer.
I mentioned to her one morning at breakfast: “Ya know, I haven’t been to D.C since I was in college. I’d love to go back.”
My friend, Never-Say-No-to Fun Rhonda, recently had her house re-roofed. The roofers, led by a female contractor, were a gloriously happy group. They actually sang songs above Rhonda’s head while they worked. The pertinent thing about the happy roofers (at least for this blog post) is that Rhonda had forgotten all about a vision board she’d made in early 2015, eight months before. She “just happened” to run across it the week of the roofers and was pleasantly surprised to discover that every single thing she’d pasted on her board had manifested including a “new roof” that she didn’t remember she even wanted.
The last story comes from Carlos Santana. Born in Mexico, this Grammy-award winning musician learned English by watching American television. He loved the old western Rawhide, especially the character, Rowdy Yates. Fast forward a few decades. When Carlos was inducted into the California Hall of Fame, he stepped up to get his award from none other than Clint Eastwood, the guy who played……Rowdy Yates.
So you’ve heard it before, but I’ll say it again. You get to choose what thoughts you put into your crockpot. Make sure they’re something you’d welcome because it won’t be long before they’ll be knocking on your door.

At the party of “anything is possible,” there’s always the one cranky uncle who sits over in the corner. More times than not, the belief that stubbornly refuses to budge is the body as in “My mind has no control over my health, disease, aging, weight and any other fool thing my body decides to do.”
So today, I’ve got a packet of Reese’s Pieces and, like Elliott who was able to lure E.T. out of hiding, I’m hoping to lure out that curmudgeonly uncle to at least take a spin on the dance floor.
Reese Piece No. 1: Dr. Lissa Rankin’s new book, Mind Over Medicine. After years of being a physician, Dr. Rankin finally got fed up with the seven minutes she was allowed to see patients and the refusal by her colleagues to acknowledge the most powerful component of a person’s health: their beliefs and their thoughts. Initially, she was as hard-nosed and closed-minded as any doctor, but after investigating 50 years of peer-reviewed medical literature (New England Journal of Medicine and Journal of the American Medical Association, to name a few), she found ample evidence proving that beliefs play a powerful role in a person’s biochemistry and to ignore those findings was irresponsible, a betrayal of the Hippocratic Oath.
Reese’s Piece No. 2: The body is wired to heal itself. Our bodies are self-regulating, healing organisms, constantly striving for homeostasis. But instead of teaching our children this all-important fact, we teach them they need someone or something outside themselves to heal. The minute they get a fever or an ear ache, we rush them to that all-knowing doctor. This, at a very early age, cements in the fallacy that our bodies can’t heal themselves. Most of the thoughts in our default setting are planted before age 5.
Reese’s Piece No. 3: Placebos are often as effective as drugs. Patients have been able to grow hair, drop blood pressure, lower cholesterol, watch ulcers disappear and cure about every other symptom after being treated with nothing but sugar pills. It was their belief they were getting “medicine” that cured them, not the medicine itself.
Dr. Bruce Mosely, a surgeon and team physician for the Houston Rockets, performed arthroscopic knee surgery on two of ten middle-aged, former military guys. Three of the 10 had their knees rinsed (without the scraping) and the other five had no surgical procedure at all. It was an exercise in just pretend. After two years, all ten believed their surgery was a success. What Mosely discovered is that the bigger and more dramatic the patient perceives the intervention to be, the bigger the placebo effect.
Reese’s Piece No. 4: Our beliefs are the hinge on which our bodies function. Rankin tells the story of a guy with tumors the size of oranges. After begging his doctor to try an experimental new drug he’d read about, he was treated with the drug and his tumors disappeared. Several weeks later, reports hit the airwaves that this new drug was not as powerful as originally thought. The tumors returned. His doctor, by now savvy, gave his patient a placebo, telling him it was a stronger form of the drug and that the ineffective trials had been using too little of this powerful drug. Once again, the tumors from his stage 4 lymphoma began to disappear. Finally, the FDA pronounced the drug ineffective and pulled it off the market. The patient, who had been rapidly recovering, died within a week.
Okay, enough candy. I could go on and on about how 79 percent of medical students develop the symptoms they’re studying. Or about the woman with a split personality who has diabetes in one of her personalities and normal sugar levels in the other.
But I’m not a doctor and would never dream of prescribing anything.
But I do know this:
We should teach our children that their bodies have self-healing superpowers.
And we should quit hexing ourselves by looking for disease.
And we should remember that if chimpanzees can lower their blood pressure at will, something Harvard doc, Herbert Benson, discovered in his research, there’s probably not much we CAN’T do to heal ourselves.

Hey, this is Leo for Actualized.org. I"m going to tell you how to succeed in life.
This is my forte. What I love to study is success and I"m going to give you about six or seven tips that are just the fundamentals of what it takes to create a really successful life.
Get ready because it"s going to be a really powerful and quick self-help segment. I go into more depth in other videos.
Discover Yourself
You have to have a deep understanding of who you really are in life to have long-term sustainable success, and both happiness and then fulfillment. For me, success is shallow if it doesn"t come with the happiness and fulfillment component. I want to get all of it -- both the external success and then the lasting fulfillment and happiness that you can get with that. I don"t want just shallow, external success.
To do that, you need to really understand and discover who you are. You might be thinking, "Well, I know who I am." No, you don"t. I would say that 99 percent of people do not really know who they are because they have not gone on the journey that it takes to discover that.
This is not some abstract notion. What I"m talking about here is that you really need to discover what your top 10 values are. You need to discover what your top five feelings are in life. You need to discover what it is that you really want out of life and what is meaningful to you.
You also have to discover what you don"t want. You might say, "Well, I know what I don"t want. I know the things that I don"t like." There might not be as much clarity there as you think there is.
This is all about a matter of clarity and articulation. It"s one thing to know vaguely, but it"s a totally different thing to actually articulate it, write it down, and know it very consciously. That"s going to clear a lot of things up for you.
If you sit down and do this process, you"re going to quickly realize that you don"t know as much about yourself as you think you do. You probably have had moments in your life that have been epiphanies where you"ve had deep self-discovery. Maybe it was when you were traveling. Maybe it was after a breakup in a relationship. Maybe it was when you were struggling at work. You discover things about yourself. By going through these challenging experiences, we really discover what it is that we want out of life. That"s the foundation. Successful people know what they want.
Have a Life Purpose
Life purpose is a very deep topic that I cover in other videos, but here, what I"m going to say about it are the fundamentals. Life purpose is what you want to accomplish in your life.
What"s true for all successful people is that all of their actions on a day-to-day basis, a weekly basis, a monthly basis, and a yearly basis are leading towards some sort of point. They"re all converging towards something. They know what that convergent point is. For them, the convergence point is, first of all, outside of themselves. It"s not so much about them, but rather something else -- something bigger than them. It"s about a sense of contribution. Again, I don"t mean contribution in the sense that you have to be super altruistic and not care about yourself. It"s contribution in the sense that you get a lot of enjoyment from contributing something positive to the world.
So, the question is -- "What is the impact that you want to have?" Are you clear on that? Are you totally committed to having that impact? This could be impact in your family. This could be impact in starting the kind of business that you want to start and having that business have a certain impact on society, whether it"s helping people in Africa get more water or helping produce green energy or helping people find love through creating an online dating site. It doesn"t matter what it is.
